What Smart Marketing Really Means
If you have a large, medium-sized or small company, or even if you run a one-person business, you just have to put maximum effort into marketing, since the business does not make any sense without it. Quite a few important decisions of a business derive from its marketing department, and management decisions are made based on the guidelines offered by this department. The purpose of the marketing process is to impact consumer behavior, so that at the end, your audience would use your product.
Why do we use the term "smart marketing"? Smart marketing is the same as standard marketing, except that its operation mode is different from the current reiterative methods. This does not mean ignoring the generally known principles of marketing; the main issue is to change the point of view and take a new perspective. With a smart look, you can explore all the dimensions of every issue from different angles, and constantly monitor your performance along the way to achieve the desired result.
I started various economic activities about 25 years ago. In those days, we faced budget constraints and lack of facilities and technology. The same compulsions and constraints made me find creative solutions to the problems I encountered; a low-budget way that could lead me to reach my goal. Inevitably, I had to use more of the gray matter of my brain and consider things from a different perspective. This different view is a core tenet to me in smart marketing.
