Write Your Marketing Plan in Two Versions

A marketing plan is part of a business plan and is defined based on the business's sales and marketing goals and how to achieve them. A business plan defines the business structure and system. The marketing plan constitutes a complete set of marketing and advertising actions that an enterprise must take to sell its products or services and meet the customer needs. It is usually written in two copies.

First, the Short Version, which is like a list of contents in a book. It involves the titles of the main and general actions that must be taken, and you need to take it with you everywhere and add the ideas coming to your mind in different places. When an idea strikes you, do not rely on memory; ensure that you write it down. The short version is a kind of draft. After preparing it, you can identify the main priorities and define some main sub-categories.

A person can be successful in marketing who thinks of it not only 8 hours a day, but constantly. Some ideas may strike you when you leave the office.

The second version is the Long Version, which contains all the details of all the steps and issues associated with marketing. The ideas you write down in the short version are included in the general program under the relevant title.

The defects of the marketing plan become obvious in the implementation phase. Therefore, you need to update the program constantly.
