Announce Your Goals to the Whole Team
Announce the goals to all the team members. By doing so, the members realize that they play an actual role in proceeding and actualizing the goals. As you progress, try to document and provide their performance report on achieving these goals.
This is the difference between third world countries and developed ones. In third world countries, the job report is not concerned with the result because there is no defined goal. This is quite a disservice to the organization because the company cannot use the reports to define its future or set new achievable goals. In these countries, reports are merely based on a series of slogans, and unrealized goals are abandoned. However, in developed countries, the performance report is simply a report on a set of realized goals.
There is a large chain store in North America named Casco. This store has a membership system. By the cashier's desk of this store, there is a whiteboard on which the day's goals are written. For example, it is written, "today, we need to absorb 100 gold members", or, "we need to absorb 500 ordinary members". They deduct from the goal's number every time they recruit a new member. This board is on public display. Anyone can see how much the store has achieved of its goals by the end of the night.
This method makes all company members, ranging from the guard on the front door to the secretary and other people, engaged in the job's progress. Everybody realizes that if the company fails, they will all lose their jobs, and if success is achieved, they will all receive some specific rewards. This clear understanding helps everyone to contribute their quota to the company's development and advancement.
