Maintaining, Preserving and Managing a Team
After building the team, it’s important to manage and maintain it in a proper manner. The first formula is to hold sessions for coordinating and organizing the team, and during the sessions try to create an atmosphere in which all members get to talk. Appoint a specific time for each member to express their opinions regarding the way things are done. All members must have equal right to talk in the sessions.
In the team sessions, all members will know their own tasks, other members’ tasks and the way of interacting with other members. Listening to other members in person will help the team reach a common understanding of the goal.
