First Landing: The Roman Empire
Early morning next day, Tom woke up and went to the lab with Nicole after breakfast. There were those things belong to Rom Empire brought from the archives and put in the lab. In a corner they entered the lab happily and found receiving the materials by a message sent to them.
They picked up them and put in their places. They put on their usual clothes, got on the machine. Tom received the required orders and all the monitors dimmed then changed to rotation cylinder that machine disappeared at the bottom of it, some moments later a clear picture appeared. They landed in a desert. Of course, according to the maps of the time, there used to be a big city. They drove some minutes till they heard a horse galloping and a dust in their front raised. The riders approached. Eight men dressed in skin clothes with swords and spears, stopped ahead and began talking. This side all were excited. It was unbelievable.
Rom Empire age, it was dead serious. One of the riders asked them to get off and lay down their guns; they made an attack on them and were hurled as the machine reacted.
Everything thrown to the machine, communicated to the memory by an electric eye and the protectors covered the machine totally less than one second and nothing could endanger it.
