A Customer Reward System for Visitors, Booth Holders and Sponsors
Holding an event depends on audiences' attendance. Having permanent visitors, booth holders, and sponsors tremendously facilitates the job for you. That's why you need to look for reasons to keep the event's audiences and persuade them to attend your future events. There are various methods to apply the customer reward system in an event.
Offering gifts. The size of a gift does not guarantee the right results. A gift makes your audiences loyal, but it also imposes expenses on you. Offer a gift which is, first, relevant to your event; second, valuable for the audience; and third, in accordance with the event's budget and the profit you are going to gain.
Discount. It can be offered in exchange for buying tickets, booths, sponsoring or buying the event's products. If someone purchases tickets for two events, he or she receives a discount. You can consider a discount package for booth holders and sponsors who buy booths or sponsor in several events.
Other services rather than discounts. For example, give subway cards to the event's visitors to use for transportation to the event.
Joint plan. Several companies execute a joint plan, accept each other's privileges and offer them to customers. For example, collaborate with a transportation company so that on the day of the event they take passengers to the event's location with a lower fare. This is in your favor, and a benefit for the transportation company, too, since they would have more customers because of your event.
Immediate reward. Give a free product immediately after a booth is bought.
Customer club. Offer rewards or services to members based on their points, such as a ticket to an entertainment show, or hold a training workshop on booth holding for booth holders who are club members. If your event is a schoolbook fair, most visitors are families with student children, so the smart move is to offer club members coupons to buy stationery.
