Arriving in New York With the Book

They arrive in the Big Apple, with an overview of the city with JFK Airport in the foreground. A jet swoops low in the sky and lands on the tarmac. They sit in the back of a taxi quietly as Steve ponders the height of the building. Hillary is very reserved, while Steve is like an excited kid. The taxi pulls up to The Plaza hotel.

They get out; Hillary pays the tab and directs a bellhop to get their bags. She leads Steve inside. Hillary moves to the desk and checks in. Steve stands and looks around, taking it all in. The Bellhop comes in with their bags, and the manager gives them a room key card. The Bellhop leads Hillary and Steve to the elevator.

Steve whips out his iPhone and checks his email, but he has no messages. He frowns. Along a wide and plush hall with expensive wall- to-wall carpeting and fancy lighting fixtures. An elevator door opens. The Bellhop leads Steve and Hillary down the hall. Steve continues to play a game on his iPhone as they walk. They come up to a door.

The Bellhop swipes a key card, the lock flashes green, and he opens the door. He goes in, and Hillary and Steve follow. Once inside their lavish room with a large king-sized bed and windows that look out over the city, Steve takes in the view of New York and whistles.
