Promo Staff and Mobile Events: Bicycles, Buses and Red Bull Cars
You can take advantage of promo boys and promo girls at your events to explain your activities to prospective customers and attendees. These young people are present at the events and talk to people and customers on your company's behalf. Therefore, they must have complete command of the specifications of the company's products and services, so that they do not speak hesitantly and can answer questions.
How these people are dressed is important. Sometimes they may wear uniforms, and at other times they wear different clothes while maintaining harmony. It depends on the policies of the day of the event. The important thing is that the way they dress is attractive and that the people's age is taken into account in the type of clothing.
These people should be so skilled that they can attract customers in the first step and subtly take the customer to the sales meeting. The smart method is to keep their presence at the event, because they have communicated with the customer, so it is better for them to stay in the meeting to make the deal.
Depending on the facilities, plan and goals you have, you can hold a mobile event, that is, mobile advertising by the use of vehicles. Suppose you advertise a flavored mineral water. Design a bicycle or a tricycle. Young boys and girls, individually or in groups, hand out free mineral water around the city's main square on bicycles or tricycles, with prior coordination and the necessary permits, or do eco-friendly advertising. Put some bicycles in a part of an exhibition and give people free rides across the routes. Gas will not be consumed, and you will do an eco-friendly activity and promote your brand.
In mobile events, you can remove the seats of a bus and design the inside to make it attractive and useful for the event, or do the same at the back of a trailer.
Currently, some companies design bicycles, motorcycles or cars and use them to advertise their activities. Red Bull is a pioneer in that regard. The company designed Mini cars and placed a Red Bull maquette on the roof. The drivers of these cars were young girls dressed as Red Bulls, and when they got out of the car and stood next to it, they could attract attention.
